I THOUGHT, WHY AM I WASTING MY TIME ON THIS. I'M BEING JUDGMENTAL. I APOLOGIZE FOR HAVING MY ORIGINAL INTENTION. SO I AM NOT GOING TO CONTINUE. I WILL LEAVE IT AT THIS...FROM THE BOOK OF GALATIONS IN THE BIBLE, FROM CHAPTER 5.
Freedom in Christ
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery[anything weighing you down-that's my commentary]
5 For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness
(The righteousness of God, in Christ, means that you are justified, declared righteous because you have had your sins cleansed by Jesus. That is my commentary) for which we hope. 6 For in Christ Jesus the only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
Life by the Spirit
13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh[just think in terms of human nature when you see the word "flesh"-that is my commentary]; rather, serve one another humbly in love. 14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh[human nature]. 17 For the flesh[human nature] desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other. 19 The acts of the flesh are obvious..
.(it goes on to describe some acts, You can google to find out more. It goes on...)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified[put to death] the flesh[their human nature] with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
I live in the battle of flesh vs. Spirit. We all do. Thank the Lord for the sacrifice of His son, just to extend mercy and grace to everyone. We can trade in our pain and suffering for the Spirit. God just wants to be with you where everything is perfect(Heaven). If you ever wonder, if God is loving, why is there pain in this world? Don't forget eternity with Him is the life without pain. He is giving it to you. Everyone is invited. You don't have to earn it. You can't. So there is no pressure. All you have to do is say yes to it. This life is just a tiny fraction in time. When you experience pain you will know what perfect love is when you get to Heaven. Have something to compare it to. That way you will know how good it really is.
If you find yourself unhappy or unfulfilled, seek out a local church or a Christian acquaintance/friend. All you are doing is observing a different perspective. Ask them questions you might have. Find out what they have to say about it. If they tell you their story of how they felt when questioning the same thing, (and more than likely they did-it's being human. We are all in the same boat.) that in and of itself is not judgmental. Just a story of one experience and the resolution and transformation they found in Jesus. That's all.
